Contact Tracing Information: If you test positive for COVID-19, please notify all of your close contacts and follow updated CDC isolation and quarantine guidance. If you have any questions, please call 203-256-3150. School related cases and contacts should report those to their school or the FPS Hotline at 203 255-8785. When reporting please include if it is an isolation(case) or a quarantine(contact), all dates expected to be absent and if in elementary school if student is in band. In calculating the 5 day isolation or quarantine period, for isolation day zero is date of symptom onset or day positive test was collected, which ever is earlier and return is on day 6 if no fever for 24hrs and symptoms improving. For quarantines day zero is the last day of a close contact exposure to a case and return is on day 6 if no symptoms have developed. The CDC has a isolation/quarantine calculator to help determine dates.
