No One Has Time for the Flu, Get a Flu Shot
We currently do not have any additional flu clinic dates set up but still have both regular and high dose avaialble. If you would like a flu shot, please call our office at 203-256-3150 to schedule an appointment.

Aetna, Anthem BCBS (Empire), Cigna, Connecticare, Medicare, Meritain Health, United HealthCare (Oxford, UHC, and UMR) are all accepted and there is no co pay.  Out of pocket price for the Flu vaccine is $30. This is a CASHLESS clinic, credit cards and checks will be accepted.

For a quicker visit, patients can print out the vaccine consent form and bring it completed. Patients should also have their insurance card with them and wear clothes that make it easy to expose the upper arm.

The pneumonia vaccine is also available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call the Public Health Nursing Office at 203-256-3150 to schedule your appointment. We have limited quantities, vaccine available while supplies last.
