Fill Use Issues
This webpage was set up on August 9, 2019 to provide the public with ongoing information related to environmental testing. The sites being tested are ones that received aggregate fill between 2013 and 2016 from the aggregate pile at the Public Works Yard. Testing will be performed by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) and Tighe and Bond, the LEP consultant hired by the Town. This webpage is updated by the Health Department.
