TOWN UPDATE ON UNITED ILLUMINATING'S APPLICATION BEFORE THE STATE SITING COUNCIL:

The Town of Fairfield, as an Intervenor, has submitted expert testimony in opposition to UI's proposal, which will be heard at the next Siting Council Meeting. Those testifying before the council include the following:
