Following the resignation of Representative Kupchick to serve as First Selectman, a special election has been called to fill the vacancy in the 132nd State Representative district on Tuesday, January 14th.
Voters who normally vote at Sherman Elementary School, Fairfield Woods Middle School, Fairfield Ludlowe High School, and Mill Hill Elementary School are eligible to participate in this election, regardless of political party affiliation. Note that Fairfield Woods Middle School voters who reside in the 134th District (list of addresses below) are not eligible to vote in this election.
Voting will be held at the same schools as a regular election, if you need to confirm your status or find your polling place you can do so by calling the Registrars' office at (203) 256-3115 or by visiting the state voter lookup portal at this link.
In-person voter registration for the election closes on January 13th at close of business; mail-in and online registrations must be sent by January 7th.
Further details will be published on this page as they become available.
