Primary Residential Structure Zoning Requirements

The Town of Fairfield's Zoning Regulations were originally adopted by the Town Plan and Zoning Commission on August 26, 1925.  They have been amended many times since then.

Within the Town, no land, building or other structure shall be used and no building or other structure shall be constructed, reconstructed, enlarged, extended, moved or structurally altered except in conformity with the Zoning Regulations.

Zoning Regulations are amended and approved by the Town Plan and Zoning Commission.If you have questions on these regulations please contact the Town Plan and Zoning Department.
