First Selectman Mike Tetreau announced that the Town of Fairfield, in conjunction with the current Town-wide property revaluation for the Grand List of October 1, 2015, will hold its final informational presentation for the public at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Fairfield Ludlowe High School’s Auditorium, 785 Unquowa Road.  

The agenda for the meeting will focus on the market analysis and valuation phases of the revaluation and a general discussion of value trends observed since the 2010 revaluation.

Individual property values will not be discussed at the meeting. New property values will be announced during November 2015. Any property owner wishing to discuss their current values may contact the Assessor’s Office for an appointment at 203-256-3110.
