First Selectman Mike Tetreau announced today that the Town of Fairfield, in conjunction with the current Town-wide property revaluation for the Grand List of October 1, 2015, is continuing to hold informational presentations at various locations throughout Town.
The agenda for the meetings will focus on the market analysis and valuation phases of the revaluation and a general discussion of value trends observed since the 2010 revaluation. The next presentation will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Fairfield Warde High School’s Auditorium, 755 Melville Avenue.
Individual property values will not be discussed at these meetings. New property values will be announced during November 2015. Any property owner wishing to discuss their current values may contact the Assessor’s Office for an appointment at 203-256-3110.
