4th quarter Real Estate taxes and 2nd installment Sewer Use taxes became due on April 1, 2023 and the last day to pay timely is Monday May 1, 2023.  On May 2, 2023 statutory interest accrues at an initial rate of 3%.  Per state statute interest accrues at 1.5% per month from the original due date of April 1, 2023. 

Any original tax bill can be paid at any M & T bank branch location between April 1, 2023 and May 1, 2023.  You do not need to be a customer.
