Public Notice of Upcoming State Project:

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) will mill and pave a section of US 1 in Southport.  The project area covers US 1 in Fairfield between the Westport Town Line and Kings Lane.  The DOT will also be paving in Westport.

The milling is anticipated to be performed on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 through Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

The paving is anticipated to be performed on Sunday, June 7, 2020 through Monday, June 15, 2020.

For both portions of this project the work hours will be from 7:00 p.m. through 5:30 a.m. each night of work.

*NOTE:  Adjustments to this schedule will be necessary due to inclement weather.
