The Fairfield Health Department has updated the Fill Use Issues special webpage (https://www.fairfieldct.org/filluseissues) with the following information:

• A list of initial town sites to be tested this week to determine whether any material from the aggregate fill pile managed by Julian Development at the Public Works reclamation yard was used on those sites and may have been contaminated
• A message regarding the testing of these initial town sites
• Testing protocol 
• Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) which can be found within the message  
• A new email address for the public to send any questions specific to site testing

As test results are received, the Health Department will update this webpage and will determine any and all steps to be taken to ensure the safety of all public areas.
