The Town of Fairfield is holding its annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday August 25, 2018 from 9 am to 2 pm at Veteran’s Park on Reef Road. Please visit Fairfield’s Hazardous Waste Collection webpage for a list of acceptable (and unacceptable) materials.

Since May 1990, towns like Fairfield which are members of HazWaste Central have disposed of and recycled more than 1,000,000 gallons of Hazardous Waste.

On Saturday August 25th, the Town will need volunteers from 8:30 am to 11:30 am or from 11 am to 2 pm. Volunteers will not be handling any Hazardous Waste.
