9:00 Stretch and Strength with Sandy $5 per session
Your Health is Your First
Wealth Utilizing balls and weights while sitting and standing, you will stretch
and strengthen all muscle groups. Emphasis on flexibility and balance to
enhance daily function and alignment. Core, including the often overlooked
muscles in-between each rib, will be strengthened. You will be taught to
articulate the muscles of your feet to improve your gait and
stability. The muscles that attach to and protect your back, hips, knees and
shoulders will all see improved strength and range of motion.

10:00 Senior Exercise with Laura No charge
Feel good and ageless; stay fabulous forever! This class offers low impact aerobics that are safe with simple moves with light weights, heavier weights and Therabands, helping to improve cardiovascular health, balance, coordination and memory! There are chairs available for participants if needed, bring a mat to the Wednesday class as we do some floor exercises, however if you cannot get down to floor you can perform the exercises in a chair as well!
11:00 Flex and Stretch with Laura No charge
Work on stretching, flexibility and range of motion. Bring balance, flexibility, and stretching to your workout routine. Balance and stretching exercises help keep your joints flexible, prevent stiffness, and may help reduce your chance of injury during other activities. We use weights and balls for resistance training to increase strength. All exercises are designed to help improve quality of life and activities of daily living helping participants to live a more independent life style.
11:30 Arthritis Exercise with Laura No charge
Arthritis exercise covers a variety of range-of-motion and endurance-building activities. All of the exercises can be modified to meet participant needs, you may stand or sit. The program's demonstrated benefits include improved functional ability, decreased depression, helps improve balance/coordination/memory and increased confidence in one's ability to exercise. This class is designed to meet the Arthritis Foundation standards.
