7/2/2019 - International Overdose Awareness Day - August 30th

International Overdose Awareness Day

The Fairfield Health Department and Fairfield CARES Community Coalition invite ALL community members to a candlelight Vigil to mark our 2nd Annual International Overdose Awareness Day on Friday, August 30th at 7pm at the Sherman Green.

This event will have resources, testimonials, music, remembrance quilt displayed, and provide all with a sense of community and understanding.

We remember those in our community who we have lost to an overdose and those who are current struggling and celebrate those in recovery.
