Beacon Square Properties to Begin Accepting Applications

Beacon Square Properties announced today that it will begin accepting applications from prospective tenants for its latest development at 2-6 Beacon Square in Fairfield, beginning at noon on Monday, April 29th.  Beacon Square is a new 26-unit, town-home style residential development, which includes both 1-BR and 2-BR apartments for lease.

Beacon Square offers a unique blend of style, quality, and convenience in the heart of Fairfield, with each access to nearby restaurants, cafés, shops, and professional offices. The Fairfield train station is just a five-minute drive away, making commuting a breeze. In addition to its central location, Beacon Square Properties is surrounded by the natural beauty and charm of Fairfield. Explore the nearby beaches, relax in the Fairfield Bandstand and Green, or visit Southport Village and harbor—all within minutes from this location.

All units feature an open floor plan, generous bathrooms, over-sized windows and in-unit laundry facilities. There are four 1-BR (800sf) and four 2-BR (1300sf) affordable rental units for persons or households with qualifying incomes at or below 60% or 80% of area median income.  Parking is included in the base rent.  The tenant is responsible for water, sewer, heat & hot water, electric and trash service.  There is a non-refundable $80 application fee.  Additional charges for pets may apply.
