This meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only using the Microsoft Teams platform. In order to experience the best interface during the meeting, we recommend that attendees utilize the latest version of the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. If you plan to attend the meeting on a mobile device, please should download and install the Teams app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

The public informational meeting is being held to provide the public and local community the opportunity to offer comments or ask questions regarding the proposed project. This meeting will be recorded.
Persons with limited internet access may request that project information is mailed to them by contacting Joseph Ouellette by email at TrafficSafety.DOT@ct.gov. (Allow one week for processing and delivery). Language assistance may be requested by contacting the Department’s Language Assistance Call Line at (860) 5942109. Requests should be made at least 5 business days prior to the meeting. Language assistance is provided at no cost to the public and efforts will be made to respond to timely requests for assistance. Portions of the meeting content will be provided with Live Captions during the presentation and Q&A to aid the hearing impaired. Following the meeting, a video of the meeting will be posted as noted above and will have complete closed captioning and provide a transcript of the spoken content of the meeting. During the Q&A session and the 14day comment period that follows the meeting, individuals may leave a question or comment via email (preferred) at TrafficSafety.DOT@ct.gov.
