What’s new since our last update:

• The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse Remediation Division provided the Final Consent Order No. 2020002DEEP and notice of an enforcement action on October 27, 2020. 

• The Town of Fairfield locations suspected to have received Julian Fill from 2013 to 2016 at listed with the remediation status on the Julian Fill Location List updated October 7, 2020.
