12/5/2016 - Town Welcomes Thai Kit Restaurant
The Town of Fairfield’s Office of Community & Economic Development is delighted to announce the opening of Thai Kit Restaurant located at 222c Post Road in Fairfield. First Selectman Mike Tetreau, Community & Economic Development Director Mark Barnhart, Fairfield Chamber of Commerce President Beverly Balaz were among those who gathered to help celebrate the restaurant’s opening with an official ribbon cutting on Thursday December 1st.

Thai Kit Restaurant offers authentic, traditional Thai cuisine. According to owner Nattima Sonsoem , Chicken Lemongrass, Lime Chili Chicken and traditional Pad Thai, are among their most popular dishes. Ms. Sonsoem is a recent graduate of the University of New Haven, where she received a Master’s in Business Administration degree.

Community & Economic Development Director Mark Barnhart stated, “We are thrilled to have Thai Kit Restaurant join our vibrant and growing Fairfield business community. Small businesses like this have long been the backbone of our local economy, and we wish Nattima much success in her new business venture.”

Thai Kit Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, six days per week, but closed on Mondays. The restaurant also offers catering and take-out service with free delivery within a five-mile radius.
