Demolition Permit Requirements
Please provide the following information for all Demolition Permits:

All utility shut-off letters.

Copies of Demolition Contractors License and Insurance Certificate (Town of Fairfield to be listed as Certificate Holder).

Letter of Destination for debris.

Copies of receipts for Certified Mail sent to adjoining property owners notifying them of demolition.

Age verification letter signed by the Tax Assessor.

Hold Harmless letter on demo company letterhead.

Demo code regulation letter.

Proof of a demolition sign posted on the house.
ALL PERMITS & COs ARE ISSUED BETWEEN 8:30 & 10:30 AM MONDAY-FRIDAY.
