The Department and the Shellfish Commission are proud to collaborate with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Milford-based laboratory who will be conducting research on the health of undisturbed oyster beds as part of a greater Long Island Sound study.  Expect to see them on a monthly basis in Ash Creek starting in March through November this year.
