5/31/2017 - Shellfish Commission - Public Hearing - Commercial Shellfish Regulation Revision - April 26th at 7:30 pm

 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

THE SHELLFISH COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF FAIRFIELD, CONNECTICUT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON Wednesday, April 26th, 2017 in the Basement Meeting Room of the Honorable John J. Sullivan Independence Hall, 725 Old Post Road Fairfield Connecticut on or about 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed amendments to the “Town of Fairfield Commercial Shellfishing Rules and Regulations”

A copy of the proposed changes to the “Town of Fairfield Commercial Shellfishing Rules and Regulations” is available for public review on the Town of Fairfield’s Conservation Department website and during normal business hours at the Conservation Department, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

AT THIS HEARING ALL INTERESTED PERSONS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED.  THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL SHELLFISH FEE SCHEDULE, SHELLFISH MANAGEMENT PLAN AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT OFFICE, IN THE HONORABLE JOHN J. SULLIVAN INDEPENDENCE HALL, 725 OLD POST ROAD FAIRFIELD, CONNECTICUT.
