10/17/2019 - Alchemy, The Salon Continues to Expand and Adds New Stylists

The Community and Economic Development Department is pleased to share this news about one of its micro-enterprise grant recipients Alchemy, The Salon.

Alchemy, the Salon, located at 1851 Post Road in Fairfield, welcomes its newest stylist, Roxie Repa. Repa brings with her over 8 years of experience and specializes in creative colors and haircuts, luxury blonding, and extensions.

Repa is a current addition to the female owned and operated business, enhancing Alchemy’s magnetic personality. Bright and airy, the salon has a New York City loft vibe with a cozy boutique style, white-washed brick walls, and tall mirrors.

Alchemy, The Salon opened in 2016 by Fairfield native, Imogene Wilson, who was exhilarated to share her passion with her hometown. The salon received support from Fairfield’s Department of Community and Economic Development, which provided a grant through the Micro-Enterprise Assistance Program. In August 2017 Wilson was featured as one of Fairfield’s “Young and Successful Entrepreneurs” and graced the cover of Fairfield Magazine. For more details visit Alchemythesalon.com.
