Building Committees

Building committees are temporary committees appointed by the Board of the Selectmen and the Representative Town Meeting (RTM) to oversee construction projects that are estimated to cost $2 million or more. Smaller construction projects are overseen by the Special Projects Standing Building Committee.  Building committees may seek the expertise of the Town Facilities Commission.  Building committees work closely with the Purchasing Department.
