The Monday, April 12, deliberation session of the Board of Assessment Appeals will begin at 6:00 pm at which time it is anticipated the Board will have a quorum.
The meeting will begin with a Q&A session with the revaluation company on the valuation process for neighborhood code 66-Fairfield Beach. The Board will then continue deliberating on single family home appeals properly brought before the Board in neighborhood codes 73-University and 70-Mill Hill not previously deliberated and condominium appeals properly brought before the Board in various neighborhood codes not previously deliberated.
The Board expects to begin deliberations on neighborhood code 66-Fairfield Beach on Thursday, April 15 or Monday, April 19 along with Commercial appeals.
