FairTV

6/22/2021

FairTV’s Video on Demand site may be looking a little unusual these days. We are building an accessible format to bring our entire FairTV catalogue to the web. And as you might see, it is a bit confusing as we load up videos going back to 2010.

This will take some time and will disrupt the Video on Demand pages. But not to worry. All these events are being stored on separate playlists, chronologically and by each Board and Commission that we currently and have covered. Some 1400 videos.

So when you go to YouTube and last night’s meeting does not appear on the front end of the FairTV YouTube Video on Demand page, you will find it on a “Playlist”, under that Board or Commission’s name and the year it was created.

Example: Last night’s Board of Selectmen meeting:

Go to YouTube page : FairTV Government.
Select Playlists – All Playlists
Scroll down and locate Playlist “Board of Selectmen 2021”
Open it and Scroll to event you want and there you are.
Just click on the desired event and view.

Current events can also be accessed at the FairTV web page located on the Town Web site.
On the “New On FairTV” line, just click on the listed event you want to see.
Click on Video On Demand
Your selection will open on that event.
Please note there is an Archive Section located on this same page.
Just click on “Show” and it will open. This section will open events going back to 2019.
